Redmi A2 series is set to launch in India on May 19. The Xiaomi sub-brand confirmed the arrival of the new A-series smartphones in the country via Twitter on Friday. The Redmi A2 lineup comprising the vanilla Redmi A2 and Redmi A2+ were launched in select global markets in March. They feature a 6.52-inch HD+ LCD screen and are powered by MediaTek Helio G36 SoC.
