Hisense just announced that preorders are open for the new UR9 RGB Mini LED TV, offering a Pantone Validated panel that can create up to 100% of the BT.2020 color spectrum, deep contrast, and detailing that could rival premium OLED models. And right now when you sign up to preorder the UR9, Hisense will give you a 55-inch Canvas TV for free — a $1,000 value.

The Hisense UR9 will be available in sizes from 65 to 100 inches, giving you plenty of options for creating a cinema-quality experience in the comfort of your own home. Pricing information is limited, but the 65-inch will retail for $3,500 while the 100-inch will cost $9,000.

The new RGB Mini LED panel works similarly to an OLED screen, with individually lit red, green, and blue LEDs to create billions of colors, near-perfect blacks for deep contrast, and for rendering fine details. The panel is also Pantone Validated for color accuracy in landscapes, skin tones, and more for bolder images and a higher-quality picture. A 120Hz refresh rate gives you buttery-smooth motion while streaming movies and shows, watching live sports, and console gaming. But you can give it a boost up to 180Hz with AMD FreeSync Premium Pro VRR support to prevent screen tearing and stuttering. And with integrated speakers designed by Devialet, you’ll get premium-grade audio to perfectly complement your new TV’s picture.

Review: Hisense Canvas TV

The Canvas TV is Hisense’s answer to Samsung’s The Frame art screen, with a matte display, gallery-inspired and customizable frame, and dedicated slideshow mode to curate your favorite works or your own photography. But the Canvas is more than just a pretty face. You’ll get crisp 4K resolution with support for Dolby Vision HDR to enhance detailing and contrast, and make colors pop. A 144Hz refresh rate means motion blur is all but nonexistent, giving you cleaner images in both Art Mode and while streaming. Integrated Google Assistant voice controls and support for Alexa give you hands-free use over your new TV, letting it seamlessly integrate into smart home networks.

To take advantage of this deal, you’ll have to sign up on the Hisense website to get on the preorder mailing list. Once you’re registered, promotional codes will be emailed to you along with instructions for how to claim your free TV. The retail link will send you to the Best Buy website, where you’ll add both the UR9 and 55-inch Canvas TV to your cart. Once the promo code is entered, the discount will be applied.

How I rated this deal

A free TV is always a tempting deal, and the Hisense Canvas is an almost perfect pairing with the UR9’s new RGB Mini LED screen. With two high-end TVs, you’ll be able to create the ultimate home theater and give your living room decor a boost at the same time. While we don’t know how much the UR9 will cost yet at sizes other than 65 and 100 inches, getting a free 55-inch Canvas TV is sure to sweeten the deal. That’s why I gave it a 5/5 Editor’s rating.

Customers must register with Hisense to receive an email with a preorder link and promo code on April 23, 2026. Customers will be sent to the Best Buy website, where they must add both the UR9 and 55-inch Canvas TV to their cart. Once the promo code has been accepted, the discount on the Canvas TV will be applied.

If you return the UR9 for any reason, you must also return the Canvas TV. And if you request a refund rather than an exchange, you will not get a refund for the Canvas TV.
