The Poco X8 Pro series launch event is tomorrow – you can watch the two new models (Pro and Pro Max) be unveiled on the live stream embedded below. The event starts at 12:00pm GMT (8pm Beijing time).

Besides the Max, the brand is also launching the Poco X8 Pro. What are the differences between the two? Well, the full specs haven’t been revealed yet, but Poco’s X account did share the highlights:

In short, the Poco X8 Pro Max is larger (6.83” vs. 6.59”) and has a more powerful chipset (Dimensity 9500s vs. Dimensity 8500-Ultra). The Max has a bigger battery too (8,500mAh vs. 6,500mAh). Both support 100W HyperCharge (the Max can also do 27W reverse charging).

The two phones are rated IP68 and IP69K. They have metal frames and fiberglass back panels. Both have dual 50MP cameras, but the full picture will be revealed in the stream.
