The iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max are expected to arrive later this year with upgraded displays and a smaller Dynamic Island. Now, a fresh leak has surfaced, revealing the exact dimensions of the display cutout on the Pro models.
According to tipster Ice Universe, the iPhone 18 Pro models will sport a significantly smaller Dynamic Island cutout, measuring 13.49mm in width. By comparison, the cutout on the current iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max measures 20.76mm.
This translates to roughly a 35% reduction in size over the existing models. Recent rumors have suggested that Apple could move the Face ID hardware behind the display on the iPhone 18 Pro models.
Apple’s upcoming flagship Pro iPhones are also rumored to use LTPO+ OLED displays. Notably, the entire iPhone 18 lineup has been tipped to offer upgraded selfie cameras as well.
