Xiaomi seems to be doing pretty good in terms of rolling out the updates and security patches. Their rollout pace of HyperOS 2 to the eligible devices were also commendable. Now, the brand is rolling out the first security patch update of 2025 to its multiple devices. Let’s have a look on which devices are getting the latest January security patch.
These 6 Xiaomi devices are getting the January 2025 patch
Xiaomi has started pushing the latest January update for these devices:

The actual changelog of the update depends on the device. However, there are no major changes done in the user interface. This update brings the latest January security patch along with the fixes for known bugs and optimization. You can check for the update manually by going to Settings, then About Phone, then tap on HyperOS logo. The update is rolling out in stages so if you haven’t received it yet, we recommend you waiting for a few more days.
