POCO is preparing to host its first launch event in 2025, where two different devices will be introduced in multiple markets. The devices are the standard POCO X7 and the X7 Pro. Both models are expected to feature impressive hardware specifications at a competitive price point. Before the launch, some details have surfaced, both rumored and officially confirmed.
POCO X7 Pro price range, AnTuTu score and UI details confirmed
POCO has started hyping up the device by posting teasers and promotional images online. In one of those teasers, the brand talks about the performance report, and we have numerous specifications confirmed from it.
It confirms that the POCO X7 Pro will pack a MediaTek Dimensity 8400 Ultra chipset with a UFS 4.0 storage type and LPDDR5X RAM. The device will have an approximate AnTuTu score of 1.7 million, a 20% increase from the previous generation. In the same poster, the brand confirms that the device will be priced below INR 30,000. To give you a reference, the POCO X6 Pro was priced at INR 26,999, so it’s not completely unexpected.
Apart from this, the brand further confirms that POCO X7 Pro will have an Ultra Thin 3D IceLoop System with a 5000mm2 stainless steel vapour cooling chamber. There will be an AI temperature control feature as well.
POCO X7 Pro is also confirmed to become the first device in India to feature the latest HyperOS 2 based on Android 15 right out of the box. The new UI brings many optimizations and upgrades whether be it in terms of animations, smoothness or overall fluency of the user interface. A lot of AI-powered features have been added to the UI as well.
