Xiaomi’s 15 Ultra top of the line smartphone is expected to launch in February, at least in China, as already revealed by a Xiaomi exec a while back.
Today, prolific Chinese leaker Digital Chat Station has shared a more precise (but still kind of vague) timeframe. According to him, the launch will happen at the end of February.
Xiaomi 14 Ultra
This falls perfectly in line with the start of Mobile World Congress 2025 in Barcelona, so we assume Xiaomi may unveil the device there, as it has done this year for the 14 Ultra.

The Xiaomi 15 Ultra will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. It’s been rumored to sport a “2K” resolution OLED screen with a micro-quad-curve design, 120 Hz refresh rate, and an embedded ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.
The phone will naturally run Android 15, with Xiaomi’s HyperOS 2 on top. It will have a 6,000 mAh battery with support for 90W wired charging and 50W wireless charging.
On the rear will be a quad camera setup, which includes a 1-inch type Sony Lytia LYT-900 sensor, a 50 MP ultrawide using Samsung’s ISOCELL JN5 sensor, a 50 MP telephoto camera, and a 200 MP periscope telephoto camera which will be capable of 100x hybrid “AI” zoom, whatever that means.
