OnePlus 13 is among one of the most anticipated flagship launches of this year. The device is expected to launch by the end of October. It is going to pack a lot of top-of-the-line specifications such as a Snapdragon 8 Extreme Edition (Snapdragon 8 Gen 4) chipset and an industry-leading quad-curved AMOLED screen. We also have had some renders of the upcoming OnePlus 13 on the internet. Some of them reveal a similar design to their predecessors, while some of them reveal the opposite. Meanwhile, we now have a real life image of the upcoming OnePlus 13.

Key Details

Previous OnePlus models such as OnePlus 12 and 11 had one thing in common – their camera modules were blended into the smartphone’s edge. All of them also had a circular camera ring. But the new OnePlus 13 is no longer a blend design however it’s still a circular camera module with a triple camera setup. It can be seen that the Hasselblad logo is placed outside of the camera module and there is a dividing line.

The main camera is reported to be a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-808 sensor with optical image stabilization support. The secondary camera is mostly going to be an ultrawide lens powered by a Sony LYT-600 camera sensor with the same 50-megapixel resolution. The 3x periscope camera is also a 50MP IMX 882 sensor. Not only this, but some reports also reveal that the OnePlus 13 will share similar camera processing algorithms as OPPO Find X8. This should not bring us any surprise as OnePlus is now more OPPO than ever.

The OnePlus 13 will feature a leading display from BOE named as Oriental Screen 2. Another upgrade coming to the OnePlus 13 will be in the battery department. It will now pack a massive 6000mAh battery, up from the 5400mAh battery from its predecessor. It will have the same 100W fast wired charging support along with 50W wireless charging.

Overall the OnePlus 13 looks a very exciting product, packs with cutting edge display, performance, battery and camera. The China launch will take place by the end of October with Global launch planned later.
