Honor 700 is ready for launch with two displays and teleconverter

Honor 700 Series

Honor 700 has received China’s network certification, with three models preparing to launch. Three of these are Honor 700 Standard, Pro, and Vitality Edition, featuring a large battery, a rear screen, and Snapdragon chipsets.

Honor is officially hyping the new release in China. Guan Haitao, Honor’s Global Marketing Chief, has hired well-known singer and actress Ju Jingyi as the brand ambassador for the Honor 700 series, reported by Mydrivers.

The lineup brings new upgrades, especially the 1.72-inch rear screen. It is likely housed inside the camera bump to make the device more recognizable. It will allow users to interact with notifications and schedules, and also serve as a viewfinder for rear camera photography.

The lineup will use an external teleconverter for increased telephoto zoom and capture high-quality visuals from a distance.

For example, the trend of recording concert performances has increased sharply among fans, and a teleconverter could easily do the job in such cases with higher resolution.

The main screen could measure 6.57 inches with 1.5K resolution and an OLED flat panel with a 120 Hz refresh rate and ultra-narrow bezels on four sides.

The standard and Pro models will adopt a 200MP main camera solution and a 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens. The Honor 700 will get a 50MP periscope telephoto for standard zoom photography, while the standard version might get an inferior telephoto lens.

The device may pack a 9000mAh battery, and the Honor 700 Pro will get faster 80W wired and 50W wireless charging. These Honor smartphones will also support reverse wireless charging, according to CNMO. Earlier leaks suggest that these phones will come with both Dimensity and Snapdragon 8 chipsets.

Honor has yet to announce the official Honor 700 series launch date, but it’s expected to unveil the lineup this month.
