Ever need ice in a hurry? The Euhomy Ice Leopard X1, which made its debut at CES 2026, claims to be the world’s fastest portable ice maker, and can make nine cubes (or about one cup) of bullet ice in just five minutes.

I got to take a look at the Ice Leopard X1 at CES, and it’s a surprisingly slim machine, with a similar countertop footprint to a coffee maker. You can remove the ice bucket and put a lid on it, which a company representative said will keep it cold for four hours. Filling the bucket completely takes about an hour.

The Ice Leopard X1 will be available in April, and will cost $150, which struck me as low for a machine like this compared to similar kitchen gadgets on the market. The metal base comes in four colors, while the bucket comes in eight colors. The bucket is dishwasher safe, which is always a nice bonus.

This isn’t the only quick ice maker we saw at CES this year: Govee also unveiled a 6-minute nugget ice maker, the GoveeLife Smart Nugget Ice Maker Pro, at CES 2026, but it’s a much larger and more sophisticated machine, and retails for $500.
