  • Apple’s confirmed its annual Black Friday and Cyber Monday promotion is back for 2025
  • You’ll get an Apple Gift Card with select purchases
  • Still, if you want a traditional sale, Amazon or Best Buy are your best bet

While it’s not called a sale, just over a week out from Black Friday proper, Apple’s confirmed its now-annual shopping event is returning for 2025. The aptly named ‘The Apple Store Shopping Event’ will kick off on November 28 and run through December 1 at physical retail locations and the online store.

Unlike Amazon or Best Buy, which offer cash discounts on myriad Apple products, Apple’s approach is a gift card with purchase on select devices. It’s not a small amount either, as you can score up to a $250 Apple Gift Card with the purchase of a device.

However, not all devices are eligible for this promotion, and sadly, many of the most recent Apple devices, like the M5 14-inch MacBook Pro, the iPhone 17 lineup, or the iPad Pro with M5, are among those left out.

If you’re after savings on those, or just a traditional discount on really any Apple product, you’ll want to look at some of the Best Black Friday deals from retailers like Amazon, Walmart, and Best Buy – we’re even going to share a few of our favorites in the United States and the UK that you can shop right now.

But before we do that, we’re sharing the specifics on ‘The Apple Store Shopping Event,’ like which iPads will earn you a $100 Apple Gift Card and what Macs will earn a potentially higher amount.

So while you won’t find actual cash discounts on the iPhone, iPad, Macs, Apple Watches, AirPods, Beats earbuds or headphones, and other accessories, Apple will toss in a gift card that you can use on future purchases with the purchase of select devices.

Depending on what you purchase, you’ll get anywhere between a $25 to $250 Apple Gift Card – the latter isn’t a small amount, but comes with a more expensive initial purchase. Similar to previous years, the most recently launched Apple devices aren’t eligible here either.

Meaning if you’re after a 14-inch MacBook Pro with M5 as a Black Friday deal, Amazon or another retailer is your best bet. The same goes for the iPad Pro with M5, the Apple Watch Ultra 3, and the latest iPhone lineup (17, Air, 17 Pro, and 17 Pro Max included).

You can see the full landing page for the event at Apple’s online store in the US and the UK, but here’s a list of the deals as well. And further down, check out the best early Black Friday Apple deals you can score right now in the US and UK.
