If you’ve been thinking about getting an Amazon Fire TV Stick, now is a great time. The 4K model is down to a record low price in the UK, and is half price in the US. The cheaper Amazon Fire TV Stick HD model is also on-sale, if you don’t need the 4K power of that model.
Adding a Fire TV Stick to an older TV is a great way to give it a new lease on life – older TVs may no longer get updates for certain streamers, or they might start to slow down a lot in use. A Fire TV stick is a good way to solve that.

This my pick of the bargain OLED offers in the UK so far. The Philips OLED760 is a budget OLED model that’s seriously great value at £949 – that’s quite a bit cheaper than LG’s equivalent, the LG B5.
Philips’ always delivers beautiful colors and excellent detail in its OLED TVs, and this set includes Ambilight tech, which paints light matching the action on-screen onto the walls, making this 55-inch set feel like a bigger and more expensive set. I have an Ambilight OLED TV at home, and I can’t recommend it enough.

Half price Samsung OLED TV
Let’s start with the deal that’s caught my eye the strongest: the Samsung S84F 65-inch OLED TV for just $999 at Best Buy. That’s a lot of OLED TV for the price, and it’s an especially impressive price for a 2025 model.
According to a Best Buy rep online, the S84F is nearly identical to the Samsung S85F that we reviewed recently, and rated extremely high, earning 4.5 out of 5 stars. Apparently, the S84F misses some lifestyle connectivity features that I don’t think most people will care about, but it also lacks Filmmaker Mode, which will be notable for cinephiles.
If you don’t know what Filmmaker Mode is, though, then it’s probably not something you need to worry about – the Movie mode in Samsung’s OLED TVs is excellent, and would be our go-to.
