The iQOO 15T has already surfaced in several teasers and leaks, and we now have a launch date to look forward to. The brand confirmed that the 15T is set to debut in China on May 20 at 7PM local time.
Alongside the launch date, iQOO posted a teaser video for the upcoming device alongside confirmation of its chipset. The latest iQOO device is getting MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 “Monster Edition” chipset, which is a custom version of the regular 9500 with improved frame-rate stability thanks to iQOO’s in-house Q3 gaming chip.

Aside from the chip, iQOO 15T is confirmed to launch with a 6.83-inch display with 2K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. The phone is also rumored to be getting a 200MP main camera, which is expected to be joined by a 50MP secondary lens. We’re also anticipating an 8,000 mAh battery with 100W wired charging.
One of the color options on the 15T is Azure Cloud, which features an eye-catching gradient finish. The 15T will be joined by the iQOO Pad6 Pro, which appears to be a rebadged vivo Pad6 Pro and the iQOO TWS 5i earbuds.
