DJI starts teasing the Osmo Pocket 4P, confirms its cameras

DJI unveiled the Osmo Pocket 4 last month, but for some reason the company didn’t also launch the much-rumored Pro version at the same time. The Osmo Pocket 4P (DJI really hates the word “Pro” these days) is still coming, however. And it will be launching internationally very soon.

That’s obvious from the fact that DJI has now published a teaser video for the Osmo Pocket 4P on its global YouTube channel. Not only does this show us the device from a few angles, it also confirms its much-rumored key selling point: the addition of a second camera.

And that one is, as you may have expected, a telephoto. It has 3x optical zoom and will complement the main camera that should be exactly the same one seen inside the Osmo Pocket 4, with a 1-inch type sensor of course.

The Osmo Pocket 4P’s tagline will be “See More. Tell More.”, the video also reveals. It will be interesting to see how much more expensive the 4P will be compared to the 4 – basically what the premium will be for that telephoto camera. We’ll let you know when we find out more.
