Up to six of you work together to solve the mystery as a team, and there are minigames that help you along the way. Play typically lasts between 90 minutes and two hours. 

I played a different version with some of my nieces and nephews, and we all had a blast. They wanted to do another one immediately, so now I’m picking up this variant while it’s down to $12. I usually see these listed for around $15 to $17, so this is a nice price reduction — and while this isn’t the lowest price this variant has ever been, it is the lowest it has dropped in 2026. But hurry: Almost half have already been claimed, according to Amazon, so this deal won’t stick around for long. 

This is a great way to spend a night with friends or family. These Clue Escape games are made for players aged 10 and up. (For reference, our players were mostly late teens, and they had a good time.) Just keep in mind that this is a one-and-done style game, just like escape room games usually are. Once everything is opened and the mystery is solved, that’s the end of the game.

You have very little time left to pick up an Apple Watch Series 9, the version with cellular and GPS onboard, for $350. That’s $50 less than the cheapest I have seen it so far this year, and it’s extremely unlikely we’re going to see it at this price again before summer.

Google’s Pixel 9A is one of the best value phones right now, especially now that it’s discounted to $399 for Amazon’s Spring Sale. Even though the phone is nearly a year old, it’s largely identical to the slightly more refined Pixel 10A that has technically replaced it. I did like the Pixel 10A when I reviewed it, appreciating its compatibility with Apple’s AirDrop for sending photos and files. But when the Pixel 9A is $100 less for a similar design, cameras and performance, you’re much better off saving that money.

That price is for the 128GB model, but if you want double the storage, the 256GB Pixel 9A is also currently discounted, to $485.

If you’re always worried about safety while driving, a dash cam is a must-have for you. 70mai makes my favorite models, and I’ve got them installed in both my cars (and a few in my friends’ vehicles, thanks to my recommendations). The 4K Omni X800 is my favorite so far, because it’s far less boring than you would expect a dash cam to be. It gets the job done with the dual 4K recording, which also works well at night.

At the same time, it’s got a ton of smart features and a cute little persona on the tiny screen, which emotes at you every now and then without being a distraction. Plus, you can get it to swivel 360 degrees and record the cabin, if that’s what you need. You can currently get it at Amazon for $260, a 26% discount from the full price.

I love TVs, monitors, projectors and all things displays, and I’m nitpicky about them. So when I say that Xgimi gets a ton of things right with the Horizon 20 Max, you have to believe me. It’s bright, has punchy colors, and makes me want to not use my still very brilliant Samsung Neo QLED TV. I’ve hosted multiple movie and sports nights with this one now, and it’s excellent at it, or even if you just want to throw on some F1 while working on your laptop.

CNET reviewed it and we loved its brightness, which can be a bit too much. But that can be a good thing for projectors, especially if ambient light seeps into the room where you set it up. It’s pricey, but currently has a $700 discount over at Amazon, bringing it down to $2,300. That’s a bargain for a model that’s only a few months old.

When it comes to upgrading to smart lighting around my house, budget was my main concern. While this lightning deal lasts, you can nab them for only $50 which is about as low as they’ve ever gone. CNET’s audio guru David Carnoy says they fit comfortably and decent sound quality and very good battery life. 

I’ve been traveling this week, and as always, I have my trusty Anker charger with me. Not only does it charge my phone quickly, but it’s also great for topping up my iPad and, at a pinch, even my laptop. It’s the largest power bank you can use on an airplane, and the 25,000 mAh of energy can keep you fully charged matter how long the flight is.
