Season 1 of Landman introduced viewers to the intense world of oil company crisis manager Tommy Norris. Now, the hit drama co-created by Taylor Sheridan is finishing up season 2.
The first season of Landman had the most-watched global premiere and finale of any series in the history of the Paramount Plus streaming service, according to the streamer, and it earned Billy Bob Thornton a Golden Globe nomination for his role as Norris. Season 2 of Landman sees Norris face growing pressure from M-Tex Oil and Demi Moore’s character Cami Miller, per Paramount Plus. Andy Garcia’s cartel boss returns from Landman’s season 1 finale, and Sam Elliott joins the cast to play the father of Norris.

How to watch the Landman season 2 finale
The first nine episodes are already available to stream. In the US, new episodes are set to debut on Sundays at 12 a.m. ET (so PT folks should be able to watch on Saturdays at 9 p.m.). Barring any delays, expect to find the finale in your Paramount Plus app when you start your day on Sunday, Jan. 18.
Season 2 will consist of 10 episodes, the same number as season 1.

What are the Paramount Plus plans?
Paramount Plus offers two tiers: Essential and Premium. The Essential tier is ad-supported, and the Premium tier is mostly ad-free (you’ll still see ads on live TV, for example). The pricier Premium also gives you downloads, your local, live CBS station and the ability to stream all Showtime programming.
Bundle options are few, although you can get the streaming service through Walmart Plus.
Is there a Paramount Plus price hike?
Yes. Paramount Plus just increased the price of its subscriptions. On Jan. 15, Essential and Premium monthly plans got a $1 bump. Essential now costs $9 per month, and Premium costs $14 per month.
You can also choose to prepay for a year, which costs $90 for the Essential plan and $140 for the Premium plan following the hike.
