The iQOO 15, unveiled in China last month, began its international rollout today, starting with India. On November 28, the iQOO 15 will debut in Taiwan, followed by a launch in Indonesia on December 2, Thailand on December 3, Saudi Arabia on December 5, and Malaysia and Russia on December 9.
The iQOO 15 will be available in Alpha, Legend, and Grey colors in international markets with up to 16GB RAM and 1TB storage. However, in India, you’ll only get the Legend and Alpha versions, since Grey will be exclusive to Thailand, Malaysia, and Russia.
The iQOO 15 will come in two memory configurations in India – 12GB/256GB and 16GB/512GB, priced at INR72,999 and INR79,999, respectively. It will be sold through iQOO’s official website, Amazon.in, vivo exclusive stores, and other offline retailers. The flagship will be available for Priority Pass users starting November 27, with open sales commencing from December 1. iQOO also announced some launch offers, which you can check in the image below.
The iQOO 15 has Qualcomm’s flagship Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC at the helm, along with the Supercomputing Chip Q3 to enhance the gaming experience. The iQOO 15 boots Android 16-based OriginOS 6, making it the first smartphone in India to run OriginOS out of the box. iQOO has also promised five Android OS upgrades and seven years of security updates, which is impressive.
The iQOO 15 is built around a 6.85″ 144Hz LTPO AMOLED display with a 1,440p resolution, 6,000 nits peak brightness, and Dolby Vision support. The display has an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner embedded for biometric authentication and a punch hole for the 32MP selfie camera.
Around the back is a triple-camera setup comprising a 50MP primary, a 50MP ultrawide, and a 50MP periscope telephoto unit. Keeping the iQOO 15 up and running is a 7,000 mAh Si/C battery (in all regions) with 100W wired and 40W wireless charging support.
Other highlights of the iQOO 15 include stereo speakers, NFC, an IR blaster, and eSIM support. The smartphone is also IP68 and IP69-rated and features Monster Halo lights around the rear camera island.
