Vivo X200 Pro Mini Teased to Feature Advanced Sony LYT 818 Sensor

Vivo will be unveiling its new generation of Flagships, the Vivo X200 Series, in an event on 14th October in China. The entire series consists of four models i.e. the base Vivo X200 ,Vivo X200 Pro mini, Vivo X200 Pro and Vivo X200 Ultra. Except Ultra all three will be unveiled at the October event. However the device which caught everyone’s attention is the Vivo X200 Pro mini. Since it’s Vivo’s first compact sized flagship, everyone is looking forward to seeing what kind of surprises it will bring.

Vivo X200 Pro Mini With New Sony LYT 818 Sensor

Sony has officially announced its next generation of LYT sensor, the Sony LYT 818. The 50MP 1/1.28 inch size sensor has impressive imaging capabilities such as True-TCG HDR+VCS 3.0, single frame 86dB HDR+0.95e-SNR+real-time HDR preview. All these exciting new features will debut with Vivo X200 Pro mini and Vivo X200 Pro. Vivo X200 Pro Mini will also have a 50MP UW and a 50MP IMX 882 periscope camera whereas the X200 Pro will feature a 50MP UW and a 200MP periscope camera. Periscope cameras can also be used as Macro cameras.

Vivo X200 Pro mini will boast a 6.3x inch 1.5k 120hz flat display. The phone will be powered by Mediatek Dimensity 9400 processor which also has made some significant improvements both in CPU and GPU over previous generation. Despite its small size, Vivo managed to pack in a Ultra large 5700mah battery capacity in the Vivo X200 Pro mini and it also supports fast wired and wireless charging protocols.

Vivo X200 Pro will be a traditional 6.78 inch 1.5K micro quad curved display powered by the same Dimensity 9400 processor. X200 Pro will have a big 6000mah battery with 90W wired charging and 30W wireless charging protocols.

Overall, Vivo X200 Series looks very exciting and tech enthusiasts are waiting for the global launch of these amazing devices. Vivo X200 Series global launch may happen as early as late December or January of next year.
