A few days ago word got out that Apple was preparing a new offer for those signing up for the Apple Card – a free pair of AirPods Pro 3. Today the promo has gone live, but it’s not as straightforward as the leak implied.
So, you need to be a new customer not having had an Apple Card before, and apply for one by June 15. With your new Apple Card, you then buy a pair of AirPods Pro 3 directly from Apple until June 15. Then, from July 1, 2026 and until April 30, 2027 you can earn $25 cashback each month for a total of ten months. After those ten months the $250 you spent on the AirPods Pro 3 will be complete.
To get the $25 monthly cashback you need to make at least ten transactions with your Apple Card each month. The good news is that any amount qualifies – 1 cent or more.
So you are in effect getting the AirPods Pro 3 for free, but only if you make at least 100 purchases with your Apple Card (10 per month over 10 months), and you’ll only get the full amount back at the end of April next year.
