L&T Technology Services (LTTS) has secured a five-year contract with Nokia to support Nokia’s engineering and research and development (R&D) activities in India.
The agreement covers product engineering, software development, system integration and product support for Nokia’s research and development (R&D) programmes. As part of the collaboration, LTTS will establish a dedicated Offshore Development Centre (ODC) in India focused on data centre-grade computing and artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure engineering for next-generation telecom solutions.
LTTS will also form a dedicated engineering team in India to support Nokia’s global Technology centre. The team will work on 5G networks, intelligent automation, AI-driven operations and AI infrastructure.
