Been thinking about picking up an iPhone 17e, but don’t know what carrier to go for? One of the best deals on Apple’s latest mid-range smartphone has gone live at the prepaid carrier Visible Wireless this past week.

It’s a $600 rebate for new customers who pick up the device alongside a new line on the Visible Pro Plus plan – a rebate that’s conveniently enough to cover the entire cost of the device.

  • Same A19 chipset as the iPhone 17
  • Magsafe support
  • Upgraded wireless charging
  • Now starts with 256GB of storage

As an overview, the iPhone 17e starts at $599 / £599, which is the same price as the previous iPhone 16e. On the surface, this new device looks like a rather iterative generation, but there are quite a few meaningful upgrades that make it an even better value device than the previous model.

For one, the iPhone 17e now runs on the new A19 chip, which is the same processor as the standard iPhone 17 series. That should give you a nice bump in performance overall in everything from games to everyday use.

Beyond the chipset, Apple has made a few practical improvements. The iPhone 17e’s base storage has been bumped up to 256GB with no price increase. Wireless charging has also been improved with Magsafe support, and you get a few next-generation portrait features with enhanced Focus and Depth Control. In addition, there are also a few new colors to consider, such as the eye-catching ‘soft pink’.
