Mumbai, October 26: L&T Technology Services (LTTS) shares were trading at ₹3,938, up 0.71%, on Monday after the company announced a five-year collaboration with Nokia to support engineering and research and development (R&D) activities in India.
The agreement brings together LTTS’ engineering capabilities and Nokia’s telecommunications technology expertise, with work spanning product development, software development, system integration and ongoing support.
LTTS and Nokia to Establish Offshore Development Center
Under the agreement, LTTS will establish a dedicated Offshore Development Center (ODC) in India to support Nokia’s engineering and R&D programmes. The facility will focus on areas including next-generation computing and AI infrastructure.
LTTS will also create a dedicated engineering team in India to support Nokia’s global Technology Center. Its work will cover 5G networks, intelligent automation, AI-driven operations and AI infrastructure.
The collaboration aligns with LTTS’ Lakshya 31 strategy, which focuses on next-generation computing and AI infrastructure.
