Xiaomi is all prepared for the launch of its next generation of mid-range devices, the Redmi Note 14 series. The series will have three models: the Redmi Note 14, 14 Pro, and 14 Pro+. The Pro models are expected to be announced earlier than the other vanilla models. There may be different variants in the series as well, but we have no information on that right now. But before that, we now have our first official look at the Note 14 Pro model devices.

Redmi Note 14 Pro Models Bring a Fresh Redesign

The official social media handle Xiaomi has posted an image of the upcoming Redmi Note 14 series devices. The shared image reveals how the Redmi Note 14 Pro and 14 Pro+ models are going to look in real life. The Note 14 Pro can be seen in white colour whereas the 14 Pro+ is visible in green colour. These are just one of the colour variants of the devices, there will be other variants as well.

Coming down to the design, the Redmi Note 14 Pro can be seen in a marble-like texture in the rear panel. The device has a squircle camera module but with an independent circular cutout for camera lenses and the LED light. The Pro+ model on the other hand, also has a squircle camera module but all the lenses and LED light are housed inside a single glass that covers the camera bump. The 14 Pro follows the design language of the Xiaomi 14T series whereas the Pro+ follows that of the original 14 series.

Further, the Redmi Note 14 Pro is said to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset whereas the Pro+ will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7350. The devices will get an upgraded 50-megapixel primary wide sensor. There will be an upgraded telephoto lens with 60mm zoom support as well. The secondary camera would most likely be an ultrawide sensor. However, there’s no detailed information on the camera sensors yet.

The devices will be built using a glass rear panel and polycarbonate middle frame. It is said to be rated by an IP68 dust and water resistance rating and this is a good move for the device’s protection. Well, that’s all we know about the upcoming Note 14 series.
